Your files are automatically and irreversibly deleted from our servers at the latest after 72 hours, for conversion with an error. The files of successful conversions are deleted 24 hours after their completion. You can also manually initiate the deletion by clicking the DELETE FILES NOW button.
Sharing of User Data
Your uploaded files will not be given out or sold to anyone. Any other personally identifiable information will not be given out or sold, either.
Retaining User Data
We will keep your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to provide you with our Services.
Your Rights
You have the right to be given a copy of information held by us about you. We will provide the requested information to you within 30 calendar days of the receipt of a valid request in writing. We might request you to provide additional information to enable us to identify your personal data and/or to verify your identity.
You can also manually request the deletion of your files by clicking the DELETE FILES NOW button.
